Feature of Opportunity

Enroll as a sponsor of the exposition under different conditions i.e. as a main sponsor, an official supplier, a media sponsor in consideration for an exclusive or non-exclusive benefits, subject to discussion with the Organizing Committee.

Form of Participation

• To contribute financial support, products support, or to render any other services which are considered beneficial to the exposition.
• A sponsor is free to take part as a sponsor, an official supplier or media sponsor as whole exposition or only selected events during the exposition such as opening ceremony, an indoor exhibition etc.

Qualification

Any entities which are able to provide benefits pursuant to the agreed conditions.

• The right to apply the symbol of Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006 to their products or their public relations material pursuant to the conditions prescribed by the organizer.
• To participate in the public relations activities for Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006.
• A privilege of priority in participation in special events held at Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006 such as corporate garden, performance slot, hospitality chalet, sale of goods and foods in the area specified by the organizer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To comply with condition relating to benefit granted pursuant to the agreement with the organizer

Procedure and Timeframe

• A meeting to outline details of sponsorship opportunities will be held in October 2005
• Interested entities may express their intention to participate in the sponsorship program from October 2005 until March 2006.
• The organizer shall consider and grant approval to proposal to be sponsors once a month commencing from October 2005.
