Feature of Opportunity

To participate by arranging for entertainment activities, cultural shows, classical dance or local entertainment activities to be formal part of the exhibition in order to promote or create celebration events.

Form of Participation

• As host or sponsor to be responsible for the invitation of interest shows to present at the exhibition. Following the acceptance to present at the exhibition, the host or sponsor will then authorize the organizer to co-operate with the show organizer.
• As organizer of shows or entertainment activities
  To be responsible for organizing shows presented during the exhibition period as part of the exhibition.
• As the management of entertainment activities
  To be entities responsible for managing all process to organize entertainment activities including arrangement for artists, equipment and promotion.

Qualifications of Participants

• Must be shows with special character and unique in concept and presentation
• Must be shows which are successfully performed at national or international level, but ready for adjustment to be suitable for Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006
• Content and presentation of the shows must be consistent with concept of Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006 and add value to the exhibition. The shows should highlight the varieties of joy and useful content.
• Entities proposed themselves to be host or sponsor must appoint person to be responsible for co-operate the transaction throughout the show period.
• Entities proposed themselves to be organizer of shows or entertainment activities must be able to present their ability to organize the shows as agreed.
• Entities proposed themselves to manage entertainment activities must be the entities having good records of performance and suitable qualification.

Benefits, Roles and Responsibilities

• A privilege of being part of the exposition.
• Being entitled to a range of support for the production of performances
• Being entitled to a consideration of possible financial support

Procedure and Timeframe

• Express of intention is accepted from now until 15 December 2005
• Meetings to review of details will be held within 28 February 2006
• Announcement of the selection of the shows and signing of the agreements will be done within 28 April 2006
