Form of Participation
Participants Service
- To provide gardening, landscaping, construction, decorating and plants supplying services.
- To provide professional services in participation support, i.e.
- Technical Service (Electricity, Transportation, Customs Quarantine, Equipments)
- Performance Activities (Artists, Officials, Instruments)
- Operations (Personnel, souvenirs, catering, accommodation, transportation)
- Public Relations (Promotion and advertising, Printed Materials)
- Turn key project management

Visitor Service
- Operator of main cafeteria, restaurants, drink & snack kiosks, etc.
- Being licensee of official souvenirs and operator of the main Souvenir shop.
- Operator of product stalls.
- Operator of Equipment Rental Service i. e. baby trolley, on-site transit etc.
- Operator of various services i.e. parcel service, cloaking service, kids room, medi-care service, currency exchange, guided tour, photo processing, telecom service, car parking and traffic control services etc.

Qualification
- Successful track record in offering products and services of international standard (presentation, management), with attractive packaging that is consistent to the theme of the exposition and at reasonable price.
- Ability to provide the proof to deliver the products and services
- To be the owner or exclusive agent of the services or products

Benefit, Roles and Responsibilities
- Being entitled to the right to operate and to receive income or benefit as agreed
- Being entitled to apply the symbol of Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006 to their public relations material pursuant to the condition prescribed by the organizer.
- Responsible for agreements, expenses and obligation incurred relating to the provision of services

Procedure and Timeframe
Services for participants
- Meetings to outline details for being service providers will be held on 21 September 2005.
- Expression for interest and proposal is accepted from 21 September 2005 until 5 October 2005.
- The organizer shall announce the roster of official service providers and enter into agreements within 31 October 2005.

Service for visitors
- Meetings to outline details for being service providers will be held on 12 October 2005.
- Expression for interest and proposal is accepted from 12 Ocotber 2005 until 15 December 2005.
- The organizer shall announce the roster of official service providers and enter into agreements within 28 April 2006.
