Feature of Opportunity

Organizing a conference, seminar or national/international activity relating to the horticultural technology and trade as an official part of the exposition i.e. an orchids conference, a biotechnology trade exhibition, an arts exhibition, an exhibition of innovations, a trade mission etc.

Form of Participation

• As a Host or Sponsor Enroll as a host or a sponsor to invite a specific event to become a part of the exposition. Upon confirmation, the host or the sponsor will deal with the Organizing Committee to appoint a coordinator for the event.
• As an Organizer of the Conference, Exhibition or Activity Enroll as an organizer to stage a conference or exhibition as a part of the exposition.
• As a Management of Seminar, Exhibition and Activity Education institutions which provide a course of Conference and Exhibition Management and has experience in managing the conference and seminar is invited to register their interest in providing conference and seminar secretariat or management service.

• National or international conference, exhibition or activities with successful track record.
• The sponsoring body must be able to influence and ensure the implementation of the program and able to appoint a designated coordinator.
• Such event must carry a relevant subject or add value to the overall theme of the exposition.
• The institutions who wish to propose themselves to provide management services must have successful experience in managing similar type level of conferences and must offer courses on the management of conference and exhibition

• A privilege of being part of the exposition.
• Being entitled to a range of support for the production of performances
• Being entitled to a consideration of possible financial support

Procedure and Timeframe

• Express of intention is accepted from now until 31 October 2005
• Meetings to review of details will be held within November 2006
• Announcement of the selection of the conferences and signing of the agreements will be done within 15 December 2006
