PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICERS

Responsible for PR activities of the assigned projects including creation of promotion materials, press relation and event marketing
Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Mass Communications or Arts
At least 3-5 years experience in PR and have strong interpersonal, communication and persuasive skill
Well established media relations
Can work fast and under pressure

PERATION OFFICERS

Responsible for the pre-show planning and supervision of all official show contractors and also on site management of the operational aspects for the assigned shows. Interface with the assigned team managers to assess and forecast against the show plan and budget.
Bachelor’s Degree with 3-10 years relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills
Willing to learn, self-initiative, strong motivation and skills to manage challenging issues.

PROJECT COORDINATORS

Responsible for supporting team with efficiency. Coordinate and perform administrative jobs
Bachelor’s Degree in any field with 3-5 years experiences in administrative or secretarial field.
Service-minded with good customer contact and negotiation skill
Can work fast and under pressure
Hard working and self motivated.
Well organized and computer literate.
All positions require a good command of both spoken and written English plus computer literacy.
